Functions & Events
Integration of theory and practice is one of our main education policy principles; it provides students with better preparation for a professional career in the hospitality industry. Students are placed in our restaurant facility for different kinds of Food and Beverage functions: 3rd year students are appointed as department managers, 2nd year students as supervisors/coaches, whereas the 1st years are active in operational positions to refine their basic skills. Typically there are 2-3 functions per module.
