Pumza Sixaba - Junior Lecturer

Pumza was introduced to the hospitality industry in year 2002 when she enrolled for a three year National Diploma in Food and Beverage management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology’s Hotel School situated in Granger Bay, Cape Town. 

During her studies she completed the certificate level of the Cape Wine Academy. Her in-service training was completed at the Intercontinental Palazzo Hotel in Johannesburg during a six month period. In 2006, Pumza held the position of Assistant Manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken. In 2008 Pumza completed her BTech in Business Administration at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). It was during 2008 that she filled the position of Junior Lecturer at UJ’s Department of Business IT, lecturing End User Computing.

In August 2011 Pumza joined Stenden South Africa as a Junior Lecturer.
